This antibody has been successfully used in mouse hematopoetic stem cells, in Mouse Embryonic brain tissue and in Human keratinocytes.
Immunoprecipitation:An anonymous customer found positive results in IP on Mouse Embryo.
other info1 :
Epitope: C Terminus. Immunogen: Peptide with sequence C-PFSSDLQKTFEIEL, from the C Terminus of the protein sequence according to NP_001005743.1; 001005744.1; NP_003735; NP_001005745.1. Corresponding Immunizing Peptide: Catalog #MBS426388
other info2 :
Important Note: This antibody is expected to recognize all reported isoforms (NP_001005743.1, 001005744.1, NP_003735, NP_001005745.1). It is also likely to cross-react with Numblike (NUMBL, GeneID: 9253) which has a very similar C-Terminus, although this has not yet been tested experimentally.

ncbi summary :
The protein encoded by this gene plays a role in the determination of cell fates during development. The encoded protein, whose degradation is induced in a proteasome-dependent manner by MDM2, is a membrane-bound protein that has been shown to associate with EPS15, LNX1, and NOTCH1. Four transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]
