Western Blot: Approx 60kDa band observed in Human Thymus lysates (calculated MW of 52.9kDa according to NP_009093.1). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Kuiper et al, Hum Mol Genet. 2003 Jul 15;12(14):1661-9.; PMID: 12837690). Recommended concentration: 0.5-1.5ug/ml. Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000. Chromatin Immunoprecipitation:; This antibody was confirmed in ChIP on SK-MEL-5 cells. This antibody was obtained from a previous batch (different goat).
