specificity :
This antibody reacts with both recombinant and native Lamin A and C in humans. Binds to an epitope between amino acids 464-572
form :
Tissue culture supernatant containing 0.2M Tris/HCl pH7.4 and 5-10% foetal calf serum, plus 0.09% sodium azide).
storage stability :
Store at 4°C for one month, or in small aliquots at -20°C for longer periods. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody.
tested application :
Immunoprecipitation , western blot, flow cytometry & immunohistology.
app notes :
Optimal antibody dilution should be determined by titration, however as a guideline for western blot up to 1/200, and for immunoprecipitation use neat.
