Store at -20 degree C at least for one year.

Kit Components: Components: SDS-PAGE Sample Loading Buffer, 6 × . Size: 1 ml × 5. Protocol: 1. Dissolve the SDS-PAGE Sample Loading Buffer, 6 × in water bath at room temperature or not exceeding 37 degree C. After dissolving, store at room temperature immediately. 2. Mix sample with SDS-PAGE Sample Loading Buffer, 6 × at the ratio 5:1 (i.e. add 5ul sample into 1ul of SDS-PAGE Sample Loading Buffer). 3. Fully denaturize sample at 100 degree C or boiling water bath for 3-5 min. 4. Cool the sample to room temperature, then load and electrophorese. 5. Stop electrophoresis when Bromophenol blue dye arrives at the bottom of gels. Notes: 1. If SDS sediments appears when balance SDS-PAGE Sample Loading Buffer to room temperature, try to melt it with warm water. 2. The slightly sharp smell may encountered for the few amount of DTT. 3. Please operate with gloves in the fume hood.
