Perservative: 0.09% Sodium Azide. Buffer: 50mM Phosphate, pH 7.4 +- 0.2 containing 150mM Sodium Chloride. Inactivation: Heat Inactivated at 60 Degree C for 15 hours. Warning: All human source materials have tested negative for HIV1 and HIV2, HCV antibodies and DNA/RNA for HIV1 and HCV. No test guarantees a product to be non-infectious. Therefore, all material derived from human fluids or tissues should be considered as potentially infectious. This product contains sodium azide, which has been classified as Xn (Harmful) in European Directive 67/548/EEC in the concentration range of 0.1-1.0%. When disposing of this reagent through lead or copper plumbing, flush with copious volumes of water to prevent azide build-up in drains.
