Inactivation: H. Pylori is oxygen-sensitive. Exposure to air for more than one hour results in the loss of its viability. Extraction of the antigen takes 48-60 hours and H. Pylori does not survive.

Buffer: 0.015M Potassium phosphate, 0.85% Sodium chloride, pH 7.4. Preservative: 0.1% Sodium azide. Dry Ice Shipment: Extra charge fee may add to your shipping cost as dry ice is required to ship this product. Important Note: Centrifuge before opening to ensure complete recovery of vial contents. Warnings: This product contains sodium azide, which has been classified as Xn (Harmful), in European Directive 67/548/EEC in the concentration range of 0.1 - 1.0 %. When disposing of this reagent through lead or copper plumbing, flush with copious volumes of water to prevent azide build-up in drains. All materials should be handled as if potentially infectious. Generally accepted laboratory practices appropriate for infectious materials should be employed when handling this product.
