Buffer: 25mM Tris, pH 7.4 containing 140mM Sodium chloride. Preservative: 15mM Sodium azide. Warnings: All human source materials have tested negative for HIV1, HIV2 and HCV antibodies and HBsAg. No test guarantees a product to be non-infectious. Therefore, all material derived from human fluids or tissues should be considered as potentially infectious. This product contain sodium azide which has been classified as Xn (Harmful), in European Directive 67/548/EEC in the concentration range of 0.1-1.0%. When disposing of this reagent through lead or copper plumbing, flush with copious volumes of water to prevent azide build-up in drains.
