products description :
Principle of the Assay: This experiment use double-sandwich elisa technique and the ELISA Kit provided is typical. The pre-coated antibody is Rat ANA monoclonal antibody and the detecting antibody is polyclonal antibody with biotin labeled. Samples and biotin labeling antibody are added into ELISA plate wells and washed out with PBS or TBS. Then Avidin-peroxidase conjugates are added to ELISA wells in order; Use TMB substrate for coloring after reactant thoroughly washed out by PBS or TBS. TMB turns into blue in peroxidase catalytic and finally turns into yellow under the action of acid. The color depth and the testing factors in samples are positively correlated.

uniprot summary :
Bright: a member of the ARID (AT-rich interaction domain) family of transcription factors. It was found by its homology to the Drosophila dead ringer protein, which is important for normal embryogenesis. Binds a VH promoter proximal site necessary for induced mu-heavy-chain transcription. Binds the minor groove of a restricted ATC sequence that is sufficient for nuclear matrix association. This sequence motif is present in matrix-associating regions (MARS) proximal to the promoter and flanking E mu. Activates E mu-driven transcription by binding these sites. Contributes to localized control of accessibility and therefore nonrandom gene use during V(D)J recombination. Protein type: Transcription factor. Cellular Component: nucleoplasm; Golgi apparatus; cytoplasm; nucleolus; nucleus; lipid raft. Molecular Function: protein binding; protein homodimerization activity; DNA binding; chromatin binding; transcription factor activity. Biological Process: transcription from RNA polymerase II promoter; transcription, DNA-dependent; regulation of transcription, DNA-dependent; positive regulation of transcription from RNA polymerase II promoter
