products description :
Priciple of the assay: This experiment use double-sandwich elisa technique and the ELISA Kit provided is typical. The pre-coated antibody is Mouse RASD1 monoclonal antibody and the detecting antibody is polyclonal antibody with biotin labeled. Samples and biotin labeling antibody are added into ELISA plate wells and washed out with PBS or TBS. Then Avidin-peroxidase conjugates are added to ELISA wells in order; Use TMB substrate for coloring after reactant thoroughly washed out by PBS or TBS. TMB turns into blue in peroxidase catalytic and finally turns into yellow under the action of acid. The color depth and the testing factors in samples are positively correlated.

uniprot summary :
RASD1: Small GTPase. Negatively regulates the transcription regulation activity of the APBB1/FE65-APP complex via its interaction with APBB1/FE65. Forms a ternary complex with CAPON and NOS1. Component of a complex, at least composed of APBB1, RASD1/DEXRAS1 and APP. Interacts with APBB1/FE65. By dexamethasone. Expressed in a variety of tissues including heart, cardiovascular tissues, brain, placenta, lung, liver, skeletal muscle, kidney, pancreas, gastrointestinal and reproductive tissues. Belongs to the small GTPase superfamily. RasD family. Protein type: G protein, monomeric; G protein, monomeric, RasD; G protein. Cellular Component: sarcoplasmic reticulum; membrane; perinuclear region of cytoplasm; cytoplasm; plasma membrane; nucleus. Molecular Function: protein binding; GTP binding; nucleotide binding. Biological Process: small GTPase mediated signal transduction; signal transduction; negative regulation of transcription, DNA-dependent; nitric oxide mediated signal transduction
