products description :
Priciple of the assay: This experiment use double-sandwich elisa technique and the ELISA Kit provided is typical. The pre-coated antibody is human NBAS monoclonal antibody and the detecting antibody is polyclonal antibody with biotin labeled. Samples and biotin labeling antibody are added into ELISA plate wells and washed out with PBS or TBS. Then Avidin-peroxidase conjugates are added to ELISA wells in order; Use TMB substrate for coloring after reactant thoroughly washed out by PBS or TBS. TMB turns into blue in peroxidase catalytic and finally turns into yellow under the action of acid. The color depth and the testing factors in samples are positively correlated.

ncbi summary :
This gene encodes a protein with two leucine zipper domains, a ribosomal protein S14 signature domain and a Sec39 like domain. The protein is thought to be involved in Golgi-to-ER transport. Mutations in this gene are associated with short stature, optic nerve atrophy, and Pelger-Huet anomaly. [provided by RefSeq, Oct 2012]
uniprot summary :
NAG: 2 isoforms of the human protein are produced by alternative splicing. Protein type: Unknown function. Chromosomal Location of Human Ortholog: 2p24. Cellular Component: Golgi apparatus; nuclear membrane; membrane; cytoplasm; nucleolus. Biological Process: retrograde vesicle-mediated transport, Golgi to ER. Disease: Short Stature, Optic Nerve Atrophy, And Pelger-huet Anomaly; Infantile Liver Failure Syndrome 2
