Intra-assay Precision: Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): 3 samples with low, midrange and high level MousePPAR-gamma were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively. Inter-assay Precision: Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays): 3 samples with low, midrange and high level MousePPAR-gamma were testedon 3 different plates, 20 replicates in eachplate.
products description :
Intended Uses: This ELISA kit applies to the in vitro quantitative determination of Mouse PPAR-gamma concentrations in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. Principle of the Assay: This ELISA kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse PPAR-gamma. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse PPAR-gamma and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Mouse PPAR-gamma, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-subst rate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm +/- 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Mouse PPAR-gamma. You can calculate the concentration of Mouse PPAR-gamma in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.

uniprot summary :
MMP9: May play an essential role in local proteolysis of the extracellular matrix and in leukocyte migration. Could play a role in bone osteoclastic resorption. Cleaves KiSS1 at a Gly- -Leu bond. Cleaves type IV and type V collagen into large C-terminal three quarter fragments and shorter N-terminal one quarter fragments. Degrades fibronectin but not laminin or Pz-peptide. Exists as monomer or homodimer; disulfide-linked. Exists also as heterodimer with a 25 kDa protein. Macrophages and transformed cell lines produce only the monomeric form. Interacts with ECM1. Activated by 4-aminophenylmercuric acetate and phorbol ester. Up-regulated by ARHGEF4, SPATA13 and APC via the JNK signaling pathway in colorectal tumor cells. Produced by normal alveolar macrophages and granulocytes. Inhibited by histatin-3 1/24 (histatin-5). Inhibited by ECM1. Belongs to the peptidase M10A family. Protein type: Protease; Motility/polarity/chemotaxis; Secreted, signal peptide; EC 3.4.24.35; Secreted. Cellular Component: extracellular matrix; proteinaceous extracellular matrix; extracellular space; protein complex; extracellular region. Molecular Function: peptidase activity; identical protein binding; hydrolase activity; metallopeptidase activity; zinc ion binding; fibronectin binding; metal ion binding; metalloendopeptidase activity; endopeptidase activity; protein complex binding. Biological Process: response to drug; positive regulation of keratinocyte migration; ossification; extracellular matrix organization and biogenesis; positive regulation of apoptosis; positive regulation of leukocyte migration; tissue remodeling; positive regulation of synaptic plasticity; proteolysis; protein oligomerization; collagen catabolic process; positive regulation of angiogenesis; negative regulation of fibroblast proliferation; response to oxidative stress; leukocyte migration; skeletal development; embryo implantation; transformation of host cell by virus
