Intra-assay Precision: Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): 3 samples with low, mid range and high level Human FPA were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively. Inter-assay Precision: Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays): 3 samples with low, mid range and high level Human FPA were tested on 3 different plates, 20 replicates in each plate.
products description :
Intended Uses: This ELISA kit applies to the in vitro quantitative determination of Human FPA concentrations in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. Principle of the Assay: This ELISA kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human FPA. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human FPA and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human FPA, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm +/- 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Human FPA. You can calculate the concentration of Human FPA in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.

uniprot summary :
FPR2: Low affinity receptor for N-formyl-methionyl peptides, which are powerful neutrophils chemotactic factors. Binding of FMLP to the receptor causes activation of neutrophils. This response is mediated via a G-protein that activates a phosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger system. The activation of LXA4R could result in an anti-inflammatory outcome counteracting the actions of proinflammatory signals such as LTB4 (leukotriene B4). Belongs to the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family. Protein type: Motility/polarity/chemotaxis; GPCR, family 1; Membrane protein, multi-pass; Receptor, GPCR; Membrane protein, integral. Cellular Component: membrane; integral to membrane; plasma membrane. Molecular Function: G-protein coupled receptor activity; signal transducer activity; RAGE receptor binding; N-formyl peptide receptor activity; receptor activity. Biological Process: G-protein coupled receptor protein signaling pathway; G-protein signaling, coupled to IP3 second messenger (phospholipase C activating); chemotaxis; signal transduction
