ELISA Kit
products full name :
Rat Cr (Creatinine) ELISA Kit
other names :
calretinin; Calretinin; calretinin; CR; calbindin 2
other gene names :
Calb2; Calb2; CR
uniprot entry name :
CALB2_RAT
specificity :
This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Rat Cr. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Rat Cr and analogues was observed. Note: Limited by current skills and knowledge, it is impossible for us to complete the cross- reactivity detection between Rat Cr and all the analogues, therefore, cross reaction may still exist.
storage stability :
Store at 4 degree C.
other info1 :
Samples: Serum, Plasma, Biological Fluids. Assay Type: Competitive. Detection Range: 3.125--200mug/mL. Sensitivity: 1.875mug/mL
products description :
Description: The kit is a competitive enzyme immunoassay for in vitro quantitative measurement of Cr in Rat serum, plasma and other biological fluids. Principle of the Assay: This ELISA kit uses Competitive-ELISA as the method. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with Rat Cr. During the reaction, Rat Cr in the sample or standard competes with a fixed amount of Rat Cr on the solid phase supporter for sites on the Biotinylated Detection Ab specific to Rat Cr. Excess conjugate and unbound sample or standard are washed from the plate, and Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. Then a TMB substrate solution is added to each well. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of a sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm +/- 2 nm. The concentration of Rat Cr in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.
