MBS232028 is a recombinant protein corresponding to rat Choline Acetyltransferase (ChAT), an enzyme that catalyzes the reversible synthesis of acetylcholine (ACh) from acetyl CoA and choline at cholinergic synapses. This product may be used as blocking peptide for our human choline acetyltransferase antibody (product MBS222195) at a suggested concentration range of 2-5 ug/ml. The antigen should be incubated with the antibody for 3 hours at 4 degree C before being used on tissue sections.
