Reconstitution: Reconstitute with 1.0 ml distilled water. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. Care should be taken during reconstitution as the protein may appear as a film at the bottom of the vial. MyBioSource recommends that the vial is gently mixed after reconstitution. Perservative Stabilisers: 0.01% Sodium Azide. Preparation: Purified IgG was prepared from whole serum by ion exchange chromatography.
