Sheep anti digoxigenin antibody recognizes digoxigenin, a steroid found in plants that is often attached to oligonucleotides and used as a molecular probe to detect mRNA production. This antibody cross reacts with digoxin and digitoxin. Negligible reactivity has been observed with ouabain.
