specificity :
Goat anti Mouse Lambda Light Chain antibody recognizes mouse lambda 1 and lambda 2 light chains (free and bound) as demonstrated by ELISA. To minimize cross reactivity this product has been cross absorbed against mouse paraproteins with kappa light chains.
form :
Ig Fraction conjugated to Fluorescein Isothiocyanate Isomer 1 (FITC) - liquid
concentration :
Ig concentration 1.0 mg/ml
storage stability :
Store at +4°C or at -20°C if preferred. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. This product should be stored undiluted. This product is photosensitive and should be protected from light. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
tested application :
Flow cytometry (FC/FACS), Immunofluorescence (IF)
app notes :
Where this product has not been tested for use in a particular technique this does not necessarily exclude its use in such procedures. Suggested working dilutions are given as a guide only. It is recommended that the user titrates the product for use in their own system using appropriate negative/positive controls.
other info1 :
Preservative Stabilizers: 0.1% Sodium Azide (NaN3)
other info2 :
Immunogen: Mouse paraproteins with lambda 1 and lambda 2 light chains. Buffer Solution: Phosphate buffered saline. Antiserum Preparation: Antisera to mouse lambda light chains were raised by repeated immunisations of goats with highly purified antigen. Purified Ig was prepared from whole serum by affinity chromatography on pooled mouse Igs with lambda chains covalently linked to agarose. Target Species: Mouse
