Rabbit anti Horse TNF alpha antibody recognizes equine tumour necrosis factor alpha (TNF alpha). TNF alpha is produced by a range of cells, including macrophages and monocytes and is an important mediator of the equine inflammatory response. Rabbit anti Horse TNF alpha antibody recognizes both native and recombinant equine TNF alpha. No detectable cross-reactivity was observed with bovine, porcine, mouse or rat TNF alpha.
