products full name :
HAMSTER ANTI MOUSE CD27
products short name :
CD27
other names :
CD27 antigen; CD27 antigen; CD antigen 27; tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily, member 7; CD27 molecule
products gene name :
CD27
other gene names :
Cd27; Tnfrsf7
specificity :
Clone LG.3A10 recognises mouse, rat and human CD27, a member of the tumour necrosis factor receptor superfamily. It is expressed in the thymus and spleen, but not in non-lymphoid tissues. CD27 acts as a ligand for CD70, which is expressed in T and B cells, and acts as a costimulatory signal in lymphocyte proliferation and immunoglobulin production. CD27 lacks a death domain in its short cytoplasmic tail, but can induce apoptosis by binding with the apoptosis regulatory protein Siva (also known as CD27-binding protein).
form :
Purified. Purified IgG - liquid
concentration :
IgG concentration 0.5mg/ml
storage stability :
Store at 4 degree C or at -20 degree C if preferred. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use. Shelf Life: 18 months from date of despatch.
tested application :
Immunohistology Frozen, Flow cytometry (FC/FACS), Immunoprecipitation (IP)
app notes :
Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1x106 cells in 100ul. Flow Cytometry: Minimum Dilution: 1/10; Maximum Dilution: 1/20
other info1 :
Perservative Stabilisers: 0.09% Sodium Azide (NaN3) . Preparation: Purified IgG prepared by affinity chromatography
other info2 :
