Flow Cytometry: Minimum Dilution: 1/50; Maximum Dilution: 1/100; Application Note: Membrane permeabilisation is required for this application. MyBioSource recommends the use of Leucoperm for this purpose.

Mouse anti Bovine interferon gamma antibody, clone CC330 recognizes bovine interferon gamma, a 143 amino acid ~20kDa immunomodulatory cytokine secreted predominantly by T lymphocytes in response to infection by invading miro-organisms. It enhances cytotoxic activities of many cell types including macrophages, NK cells and T lymphocytes (Weiss et al. 2002).
