Mouse anti PI-3 Kinase p85 Subunit beta antibody, clone T4 recognizes the p85 beta subunit of bovine PI-3 kinase, also known as Phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase regulatory subunit beta or Phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase 85 kDa regulatory subunit beta. The p85 beta subunit of bovine PI-3 kinase is a 724 amino acid ~85kDa protein containing a Rho-GAP domain, two SH2 domains and a single SH3 domain. Mutations in the human PIK3R2 gene can lead to Megalencephaly-polymicrogyria-polydactyly-hydrocephalus syndrome (Rivi re et al. 2012).
