Symptoms of infection range from dermatological rash to more serious meningitis and encephalitis. Enterovirus 71 has known localizations of spinal cord and medulla. Mouse Anti Enterovirus 71 antibody clone 422-8D-4C-4D (10F0) will also recognize Coxsackie A16.
