Component Notes: Plate Sealer: Use to cover the wells while incubation. Coating Buffer: Used for coating antibody on the wells of 96-well strip plate. Prepare a working solution by diluting the Coating Buffer with deionized or distilled water before the experiment. 1 bottle can be used for preparing 220ml working solution. Blocking Buffer: Used for blocking of unspecific binding sites of the plate. Prepare a working solution by diluting the Blocking Buffer with deionized or distilled water before the experiment. 1 bottle can be used for preparing 240ml working solution. Reagent Diluent 1: Used for dilution of Standard.
