Antigen-specific Affinity Chromatography.
form :
10mM Tris,150mM NaCl, pH 8.2 50% glycerol 0.05% Proclin-300
concentration :
0.19mg/ml
storage stability :
Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Store at 4°C for frequent use. Aliquot and store at -20°C for 12 months. Stability Test: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition. Note: As fluorescence can photobleach when exposed to light, so the antibody must be protected from light.
tested application :
Western Blot (WB), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoprecipitation (IP)
app notes :
Western blotting: 0.5-2 ug/mL;1:100-400. Immunohistochemistry: 5-20 ug/mL;1:10-40. Immunocytochemistry: 5-20 ug/mL;1:10-40. Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user

ncbi pathways :
Integrin-mediated Cell Adhesion Pathway (198816)
ncbi summary :
Striated muscle in vertebrates comprises large proteins which must be organized properly to contract efficiently. Z-lines in striated muscle are a sign of this organization, representing the ends of actin thin filaments, titin, nebulin or nebulette and accessory proteins required for structure and function. This gene encodes a protein which interacts with nebulin in skeletal muscle or nebulette in cardiac muscle and alpha-actinin. In addition, this gene product can interact with a protein with the I-band indicating it has a regulatory as well as structural function. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. uniprot summary :
MYPN: Component of the sarcomere that tethers together nebulin (skeletal muscle) and nebulette (cardiac muscle) to alpha-actinin, at the Z lines. Belongs to the myotilin/palladin family. 3 isoforms of the human protein are produced by alternative splicing. Protein type: Actin-binding. Chromosomal Location of Human Ortholog: 10q21.3. Cellular Component: I band; nucleus; Z disc. Molecular Function: cytoskeletal protein binding; muscle alpha-actinin binding; protein binding; SH3 domain binding. Biological Process: sarcomere organization. Disease: Cardiomyopathy, Dilated, 1kk
