products full name :
Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) ELISA Kit
products short name :
[Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA)]
products name syn :
[Doconexent; Cervonic Acid]
products gene name :
[DHA]
specificity :
This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of docosahexaenoic acid. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between docosahexaenoic acid and analogues was observed.
storage stability :
The stability of kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition. To minimize extra influence on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity, incubator temperature should be strictly controlled. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same operator from the beginning to the end.

Samples: Biological Fluids Of Dogs. Assay Type: Sandwich
products description :
Intended Uses: The Kidney Injury Molecule-1 (KIM-1) test kit is a highly sensitive two-site enzyme linked immunoassay (ELISA) for measuring KIM-1 in biological fluids of Dogs. Principle of the Assay: The principle of the double antibody sandwich ELISA is represented in Figure 1. In this assay the KIM-1 present in samples reacts with the anti-KIM-1 antibodies which have been adsorbed to the surface of polystyrene microtitre wells. After the removal of unbound proteins by washing, the Detection Antibody, biotin conjugated anti-KIM-1, is added and complexes are formed. Following a wash step, the horseradish peroxidase (HRP) conjugated Streptavidin is added and complexes are formed. After another washing step, the complexes are assayed by the addition of a chromogenic substrate, 3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine (TMB). The quantity of bound enzyme varies directly with the concentration of KIM-1 in the sample tested; thus, the absorbance, at 450 nm, is a measure of the concentration of KIM-1 in the test sample. The quantity of KIM-1 in the test sample can be interpolated from the standard curve constructed from the standards, and corrected for sample dilution.
