specificity :
The antibody is a Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against F7. It has been selected for its ability to recognize F7 in immunohistochemical staining and western blotting.
purity :
Antigen-specific affinity chromatography followed by Protein A affinity
chromatography
form :
Supplied as solution form in 0.01M PBS, pH7.4, containing 0.05% Proclin-300,50% glycerol.
concentration :
0.23mg/ml
storage stability :
Storage: Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Store at 4ºC for frequent use. Aliquot and store at -20ºC for 12 months. Stability Test: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined
by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no
obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the
expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
tested application :
WB; IHC; ICC; IP.
app notes :
Western blotting: 0.5-2 Ug/mL;1:100-450 . Immunohistochemistry: 5-2 Ug/mL;1:10-45. Immunocytochemistry: 5-2 Ug/mL;1:10-45.
Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user.

uniprot summary :
Initiates the extrinsic pathway of blood coagulation. Serine protease that circulates in the blood in a zymogen form. Factor VII is converted to factor VIIa by factor Xa, factor XIIa, factor IXa, or thrombin by minor proteolysis. In the presence of tissue factor and calcium ions, factor VIIa then converts factor X to factor Xa by limited proteolysis. Factor VIIa will also convert factor IX to factor IXa in the presence of tissue factor and calcium.
