Lyophilized from 1.2% sodium acetate, with 2 mg BSA and 0.01 mg NaN3 as preservative.

At -20 degree C for one year. After reconstitution, at 4 degree C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20 degree C for a longer time. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

Immunohistochemistry-Formalin (IHC-F)

IHC: at 1 ug/ml to detect CD8 in formalin or acetone fixed tissues. Other applications have not been tested. Optimal dilutions should be determined by end user.

Immunogen: Human thymocytes followed by peripheral blood T cells.

Contents: Mouse ascites fluid, 1.2% sodium acetate, 2mg BSA, with 0.01mg NaN3 as preservative. Reconstitution: 1.2% sodium acetate or neutral PBS. If 1ml of PBS is used, the antibody concentration will be 100ug/ml.
