Bovine Cholesterol Concentrate is a concentrated cholesterol additive consisting mainly of bovine high density lipoproteins. The lipoproteins are substantially free of other serum proteins. Typical cholesterol concentrations are in the range of 6,000 to 8,000 mg/dL.
