Polyclonal anti-human Kappa light chain procedure: Chickens were immunized with highly purified Human kappa light chains and Fab kappa. After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant eggs were collected, an IgY fraction was prepared and the anti-kappa antibodies were immunoaffinity isolated. This antibody reacts with all human immunoglobulin classes possessing kappa chains and free kappa light chains by IEP and gel diffusion techniques. It does not react with lambda chains. Western Blots 1:1000-1:5000 ELISA coating 1:200-1:500. Inquire on bulk quantities of polyclonal anti-human kappa in 50-150mgs single lot sizes. Inquire on our custom polyclonal antibody production.
