products description :
Principle of the Assay: H2S can react with zinc acetate, N, N-Dimethyl-p-phenylenediamine and ammonium ferric sulfate, and then produce methylthionine chloride, which has the maximum absorption peak at 665 nm. The content of H2S can be calculated by measuring the absorbance value at 665 nm.
