The PDIA4 1mg/ml protein solution contains 20mM Tris-HCl, pH-8, 1mM DTT, 0.1M NaCl and 10% glycerol. Sterile filtered colorless solution.

Store at 4 degree C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20 degree C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.

The PDIA4 is fused to 21a.a. His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Introduction: PDIA4 is an endoplasmic reticulum luminal protein that is a stress protein as well as a member of the protein disulfide isomerase family of proteins. PDIA4 participates in the catalysis of protein-S-S-bond rearrangement. PDIA4 and PDIA3 function as proteases, protein disulfide isomerases, phospholipases or an arrangement of these.
