Description: RAB11A Human Recombinant produced in E Coli is a single, non-glycosylated,polypeptide chain containing 249 amino acids (1-213a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 28.1 kDa. RAB11A protein is fused to a 36 amino acid His tag at N-terminus and is purified by standard chromatography. Introduction: RAB11A is part of the small GTPase superfamily, Rab family. RAB11A is related with both constitutive and regulated secretory pathways, and takes part in protein transport. RAB11A is a well-known marker for protein trafficking, sorting, and recycling in the endosomal pathway. RAB11A is a main regulator of membrane delivery during cytokinesis.
