Clusterin/APOJ Protein, Human (HEK 293, His) expresses in HEK 293 cells with a His tag at the C-terminus. Clusterin (CLU) is a multifunctional glycoprotein that has been implicated in several physiological and pathological states, including Alzheimer’s disease (AD) [1] .

Human

Clusterin is a ubiquitously and constitutively expressed protein found in a wide range of tissues and bodily fluids. Clusterin’s ability to interact and bind to Aβ appears to alter aggregation and promote Aβ clearance, suggesting a neuroprotective role [1] .
