Blot21 is a paralog of the group 5 allergen Blot5. Blot21 has moderate sequence identity (40.7%) to Blot5 and low to moderate cross-reactivity to Blot5. Blot21 Protein, Blomia tropicalis (His) is the recombinant Blot21 protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-6*His labeled tag. The total length of Blot21 Protein, Blomia tropicalis (His) is 113 a.a., with molecular weight of ~13.5 kDa.
