MTSS1 Protein is a protein down-regulated in MTSS1 in metastatic bladder carcinoma cell lines. MTSS1 is widely expressed but most abundant in spleen, thymus, testis, prostate and peripheral blood, with low levels also detected in uterus and colon. MTSS1 is proposed to function as a metastatic suppressor protein in both bladder and prostate cancers.
