ANGPTL7/ Angiopoietin-related proteins are negative regulators of corneal angiogenesis and play an important role in maintaining the patency and transparency of corneal blood vessels. ANGPTL7 is regulated by SP1 transcription and regulates ANGPTL7 levels through the RhoA/ROCK signaling pathway mediating CLAN formation. ANGPTL7/Angiopoietin-related 7 Protein, Canine (HEK293, His) is the recombinant canine-derived ANGPTL7/Angiopoietin-related 7 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.

ANGPTL7/ angiopoietin-related proteins play a crucial role in the formation and organization of the extracellular matrix. Studies have shown that, particularly in the eye, it acts as a medium for dexamethasone-induced matrix deposition in the trabecular network, the tissue necessary for the outflow of aqueous humor from the eye and maintenance of intraocular pressure. In addition, ANGPTL7 is a negative regulator of corneal angiogenesis and plays an important role in maintaining the patency and transparency of corneal blood vessels. ANGPTL7 is regulated by SP1 transcription and regulates ANGPTL7 levels through the RhoA/ROCK signaling pathway mediating CLAN formation [1] [2] [3] .
