VISTA/B7-H5 Protein is an immune regulatory receptor that can regulate immune responses as a ligand and receptor. VISTA/B7-H5 Protein is a type I transmembrane protein that is an immune regulatory protein that detects tumors and immune cells in tumor immunotherapy [1] . VISTA/B7-H5 Protein inhibits T cell activation, induces Foxp3 expression, and is highly expressed in the tumor microenvironment. Blocking the expression of VISTA/B7-H5 Protein can enhance the anti-tumor immune response in mice [2] .
