The TNFRSF13B protein is a receptor for TNFSF13/APRIL and TNFSF13B/TALL1/BAFF/BLYS and binds these two ligands with high affinity. It mediates calcineurin-dependent activation of NF-AT as well as NF-kappa-B and AP-1, contributing to B- and T-cell function and humoral immune regulation.
