LY6G6D Protein is a leukocyte antigen-6 (LY6) gene cluster located in the Major Histocompatibility complex (MHC) Class III region of chromosome 6. LY6G6D Protein is involved in the JAK-STAT5 and RAS-MEK-ERK signaling pathways, and is a selective expression of colorectal cancer antigen. Therapeutic T-cell responses can be targeted through T-cell adaptors. LY6G6D belongs to the leukocyte antigen-6 (LY6) gene cluster located in the Major Histocompatibility complex (MHC) Class III region of chromosome 6. Members of the LY6 superfamily typically contain 70 to 80 amino acids, including 8 to 10 cysteines. LY6G, a small protein attached to cell surfaces via glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI) anchor, is used as a marker for granulocyte and myeloid suppressor cell subpopulations in mice. LY6G6D participates in the JAK-STAT5 and RAS-MEK-ERK signaling pathways. LY6G6D is a selectively expressed colorectal cancer antigen that targets therapeutic T-cell responses via T-cell adaptors [1] [2] [3] [4] .
