MAP1LC3B further promotes primary ciliogenesis and orchestrates the remodeling of endoplasmic reticulum subdomains into autophagosomes via interactions with TEX264. In response to nutrient stress, it recruits cofactor JMY, enhancing actin nucleation and autophagosome biogenesis.
