It contributes to natural killer cell cytotoxicity and leukocyte adhesion and migration. Integrin alpha L beta 2 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His) is a recombinant protein dimer complex containing mouse-derived Integrin alpha L beta 2 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag. Integrin alpha L beta 2 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His), has molecular weight of 160-180 kDa (ITGAL) & 90-105 kDa (ITGB2), respectively.
