Description 1 :

The apoJ (Clusterin) ELISAPRO kit provides all necessary reagents and solutions required to quantify apoJ (Clusterin) in solution, e.g. in cell culture supernatant, and serum/plasma samples. The kit contains an ELISA plate pre-coated with monoclonal capture antibody, biotinylated detection antibody, Streptavidin-HRP, TMB substrate, ELISA standard and Apo ELISA buffer concentrate. The Apo ELISA buffer enables analysis of serum/plasma samples without interference from heterophilic antibodies. The kit contains a pre-coated plate and matched amount of reagents and solutions.
