Product Header :
ELISA development kit for quantification of apoE in solution
Description 1 :
The apoE ELISA development kit is ideal for users who want the flexibility of setting up their own ELISA assay. This product enables quantification of apoE in solution, e.g. in cell culture supernatants. The three isoforms apoE2, apoE3 and apoE4 are detected. The kit contains a matched pair of monoclonal capture and detection antibodies, Streptavidin-HRP and ELISA standard. Plates and substrate are not included.
Description 2 :
ApoE ELISA development kits are also available with Streptavidin-ALP.
Standard range :
0.1-10 ng/ml
