Product Header :
ELISA development kit for quantification of apoA1 in solution
Description 1 :
The apoA1 ELISA development kit is ideal for users who want the flexibility of setting up their own ELISA assay. This product enables quantification of apoA1 in solution, e.g. in cell culture supernatant. The kit contains a matched pair of monoclonal capture and detection antibodies, Streptavidin-ALP and ELISA standard. Plates and substrate are not included.
Description 2 :
ApoA1 ELISA development kits are also available with Streptavidin-HRP.
Species Cross Reactivities :
The monoclonal antibodies in this kit cross-react with apoA1 from non-human primates.
Standard range :
0.6-40 ng/ml
