Description 1 :

This monoclonal antibody enables sensitive and specific detection of human Granzyme B in immunoassays such as ELISA and ELISpot. The antibody is also suitable for detection of Granzyme B using Flow cytometry.

Description 2 :

We recommend GB11 as detection antibody in ELISA and ELISpot in combination with capture antibody GB10.
