Recognizes total rat PAI-1. Pooled normal plasma from pig, horse and dog was assayed and significant crossreactivity was observed. Pooled normal plasma from mouse, human and cyno monkey was assayed and minor cross-reactivity was observed. Pooled normal plasma from sheep was assayed and no significant crossreactivity was observed. Pooled normal plasma from rabbit resulted in significant color development.
