Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 0.1-1 ug/ml. Western Blot: 2-4 ug/ml. Recognizes only the 28kD band in MCF-7 cell lysate. Immunohistochemistry: 1-2 ug/ml in formalin-fixed, paraffin embedded tissues. For best results heat induced epitope retrieval (HIER) with citrate buffer, pH 6.0, is required prior to staining.
