Suitable for use in Western Blot. Western Blot: 1:2000-1:4000 detects Prox1 in RIPA lysates from mouse liver cells. Mouse liver cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-Prox1 (1:4000 dilution). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system.
