ShortWebDescription :
PDGFR Alpha antibody LS-C9633 is an unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody to PDGFR Alpha (PDGFRA) (pTyr742) from human. It is reactive with human, mouse and rat. Validated for WB.
UsageText :
Suitable for use in Western blotting applications. For Western blotting applications, we recommend using the antibody at 0.35-1.0 ug/ml. At 0.50 ug/ml, the dilution provides 100 ml working solution, which at 10 ml/blot allows 10 blots to be performed. Positive control: NIH3T3 cells +/- PDGF.
