Product Name :
MCM7 Antibody (clone 47DC141) LS-C95536
Specificity :
Reacts with a 80 kD protein known as hCDC47. hCDC47 is a member of MCM family, which allows DNA to replicate once per cell cycle. Expression of hCDC47 protein has been found in the nuclei of proliferative components of normal lymph nodes, bone marrow, epidermis and mucosa. Malignant tumors from several organs contain more nuclear hCDC47-positive cells than their normal counterparts. This antibody cross reacts with mouse, rat, dog and Xenopus.
